Thank you,

Here's another, I claimed head of household exemption on a garnishment against Rolfe & Lobello in Florida. Now my husband works and lives out of state and deposits money into the account they garnished in order to provide spousal and child support. Now the law office sent me alone a REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION, they want 6 months deposit slips, bank statements and all documents supporting contention. Since it doesn't certify they sent this same request to courts and garnishee, do I have to comply or can I wait until hearing for them to get items and just file my proof with the courts?
What I think they are trying to do is pull it on there own so they don't lose there fees.
