Hi Everyone

I am currently writing a web based program that will allow users to improve their FICO scores. It works by reviewing the information in your credit report and automaticly generating the letters to both creditors and CRAs to get derogatory information off your credit report. (i.e. automatic 1 -2  punch).

Just want you to start thinking about what a program like this should do. I will need help as I am more of a programming expert then a credit repair expert.

More to come...

Its been renamed http://debtcollectorssuck.com/. I have most of it done but I am struggling with some of the legal issuses. I want to do something that is
real cheap for people to use but if I have to get a bond for a 50 states and become a "credit repair company" it will make it real difficult.

Writing the software, unfortunitly,  is easy part.

Ok, I went and visited it briefly...so make sure when its up and going...let us
know so we can see all that it is about. Price is definitely an issue with most of us, but if it can
do for us what Lexington Law or some of the other ones do, at your price, it
may be worth it.  Sounds user friendly.....One Two Punch..haaaa.......the easier the better!
I certainly hope it works out for all of us.

One more quick question.
Since this is a Florida board, can you
get the ficowizard up and running for Florida,
for now, and work on the other states later, as
you can? Or is it something you would have to
be doing for all 50 states all at the same time?
Just curious.

I still researching. I either have to make it where I am a credit repair organization in Florida ( full business setup with corporation, insurance and bond. ) or set it up as a DYI site where you are on your own (think legal zoom). I can still get sued though Tongue. Im also looking at hosting the site overseas but that opens another can of worms. However, if I host it overseas I could set it up to detect FPCPA violations and automaticly generate federal complaint pleadings.

OK, when this gets up n running, I want to post on Debtorboard/ Creditinfocenter/ and I have
some friends on a private board that are crying about their credit.
I am shocked at how great an idea this is, and because of the legalities...its frozen.
Brillant idea.

Just a heads up. FICOwizard.com is now debtcollectorssuck.com. Everything is running but I have it disabled. I am watching to see what happens to LegalZoom.com as they are being sued for practicing law without a license.

debtcollectorssuck.com probably steps on the line a little harder than LegalZoom.com. Might not be able to do it or might have to host/run it from overseas.

Make sure you keep us up to date on this website. Thanks! We all need as much 'education' as possible.
