Sorry about the board being down. I moved to it a new server and reinstalled the database, nothing should be lost. Lokks like everything is working (but icons #@$%@$%)

If you have any problems message me and I will fix them.

I am not a lawyer. It would not be wise to use anything I say as legal advise. Check for yourself.

The other day, I went to log on, and was soooo sad to see it was all gone.
I really was terribly concerned, because of 4 lawsuits I am currently and
recently dealing with. (One huge judgement, One dismissed w/o prejudice, and one
hearing in a month, then the last one lurking and driving me nuts).
Imagine how happy and excited I was to find you all again.
You will NEVER know how much this board means to me, and I thank you
so much for all your extreme research etc....getting all the information for
the huge amount of everyday people whose lives are falling apart under the
current economy.
So many of us are not lawyers, and can't afford them. In my case, I have paid
out almost 10k in lawyer fees the past year, but that is not a luxury I can
afford anymore.  So here is where you all come in.
I have made some stupid mistakes...and am paying for it with these greedy
collectore attys.  I wonder who am I really fighting?  They claim they are representing
the original creditors, then why is it soo confusing?
I have absolutly fallen in love with the wealth of caring thought and information.
Just so you know...(I realize I sound like a drama queen, haaa) You all are

I am learning the hard way, so don't listen to seriously to what
I have to say, as it isn't legal advice. Go see a lawyer for that.
