HOW DO WE GET A BILL INTRODUCED THAT WOULD ELIMNIATE JUNK DEBT BUYERS FROM BEING ABLE TO SUE CITIZENS FOR THEIR FINANCIAL AIN.CAN WE DEVELOPE A GROUP AND LOBBY OUR REPRESENTATIVES.I BELIEVE THESE OUTFITS ARE EVEN MORE CORRUPT THAT TITLE LOANS,ETC. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE.WHO IS WILLING TO JOIN ME?

I would, but the key argument is that it rewards and encourages the public to default on credit card debt. So you need a sound contra argument to nullify the objection.

Can you cite which FL Statute allows JDB to sue?  I was under the impression that only OC could sue FL residents.
